Spool Knitted Bracelet
Traditional knitting techniques with needles do not always translate into wirework. Instructor Lisa Claxton takes you through her design using wire and “bead soup” to create this versatile bracelet on a knitting spool. Beginning and Advanced wireworkers will fall in love with this quick and easy method to create a stunning piece using your left over beads.

Materials

22 gauge wire -You'll need 1 foot

26 gauge dead soft wire -You'll need 15 feet for this project. You can also use Artisitc Wire for this design.

2 cones with at least 8mm opening at the large end

2 specialty beads
-
Toggle clasp or specialty clasp with 18 gauge jump rings

Delicas, size 11 or 15 seed beads, you'll need 2 grams
-
200 beads ranging from 3mm to 6mm, otherwise known as Bead Soup

This is a wonderful tutorial! Lisa explains everything thoroughly and in great detail. This was so much fun to make that I made it way too long! Thanks to great directions, I knew how to fix it without any trouble. Love that this is something I can take with me to work on when traveling!
