I have just started a silversmithing course in the evenings and my teacher seemed to think setting up a soldering station at home was too hard. Thanks for some great practical advice that has encouraged me to try it.

I am just beginning to learn how to solder and this series of videos was excellent. There were many points made that I had not thought of such as protecting my floors from hot objects, the type of clothing to wear, the height of my work station and my chair, all of it was very educational and a MUST watch. I am looking forward to incorporating the tips you gave on soldering safety. Thanks so much!
