Wire Framed Beads
A new twist on the beaded bead! Learn a stitching technique and use a wire grid to create non-traditional, textured, sculptural beaded beads. Barb gives you design insight, tips on weaving without kinking your wire, and how to secure the bead caps to the frame. Before you know it you will be creating new and unique beads in no time.
This class has a running time of 11 minutes, 44 seconds.

NOTE: This is enough materials to make two beads. Make them mono-chromatic or mix 'em up and use lots of colors.

Wire frames - $3.50 - one large, one small

Sterling Caps for Barb's Wire Framed Beads project, Set of 2 - $15.52 - 4. These caps must fit the frame material once it has been bent into shape. You will need caps with an inner diameter of approx 15mm.

Very innovative caged bead design!
Love that materials are unusual, resulting in great design, yet such an easier to create pendant.
Barb's instructions, both visual & spoken, were well paced, along with being clear.
