Thin Sterling Silver Ring Stamping Blank, SIZE 9
- Ring Width: 3mm (.118")
- Stampable area: 2.9mm (.11")

These rings can be tricky because of their thinner width. Please watch our FREE: Stamping on Rings Class. Then check out our Stamping on Thinner Rings Product Video. It is also helpful to purchase a piece of copper sheet, draw two lines with a sharpie 2.9mm apart from one another and practice before stamping on your ring.
These sterling rings are nice and soft for stamping. They do not require a heavy hit. Stamp with any 2mm Letter Set or smaller. Check out our Tiny Fonts category to see stamps that work well with these rings.
Do not use the Sharpie method for adding black into your letters when stamping on rings. The friction of the other fingers rubbing against the ring rubs the ink out of the impression. You should oxidize the letters with Liver of Sulfur.

I love these rings for stamping names on and the ones I wear personal are almost a year old, not misshaped or tarnished. Very happy with this product!
Wish they came in bigger sizes!
My customers love these stackable rings! I use a very light weight hammer because I have a strong hit and can cause cracks if I'm not careful. I suggest watching the tutorials for this product. Lots of helpful tips.
Love these rings, and so do my customers! Make sure the ring is snug on your mandrel before stamping - if there is any space, it can bend the ring and cause a crack.
Nice to be able to by a sterling ring that wont break the bank! Fun to stamp!
