Answers to the top three questions we are asked (and more FAQs here ):
- We cannot combine orders or add items to an order once it has been submitted.
- The fastest way to receive your package is to choose EXPRESS SHIPPING. Express orders placed before 11AM Pacific Time will be mailed out that same business day. Express orders placed after 11AM will ship the next business day. Express orders within the USA will arrive in 1-2 business days after shipping. Click here to learn more about our shipping options.
- We process orders in 1-5 days, Monday-Friday. Aside from EXPRESS, orders are processed in the sequence we receive them.
At Beaducation.com we have tried and tested every product that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Returns section below for further details on returning merchandise.
To check the status of your order, click the My Account link at the top of the screen and go to your Order History.
- Processing: We have received your order and it is being prepared for shipment. There is a 1-5 business day processing time. We cannot combine orders or change the items in the order.
- Shipped: All items in this order have been shipped and are on the way! You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. This number can also be found by clicking Details in your Order History.
- Waiting for backorder: Backordered items will be shipped when they become available. If this order also contained items that were not backordered, these have shipped. Refer to your shipping confirmation email or click Details in your order history to locate the tracking number. You will receive a second email and tracking number when backordered items have shipped.
If you do not see your current order listed in your Order History, be sure you completed the checkout process in its entirety.
Would you like to purchase more than we have available at the moment? We have added this option to a limited number of items on the website. These items come from suppliers with fast and reliable fulfillment times. Customers have been asking for this feature for a long time. We are happy to build this functionality, but we still want to complete your order quickly!
For these items, when you add a quantity to your cart that is more than we have available, a pop up window will inform you of the backorder amount and the timeframe before it will ship. The amount we have on hand will be processed right away and ship as usual. The backordered items will be shipped separately. Both shipping costs will be charged during the checkout process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when each package is sent.
If you prefer not to have a backorder for an item, simply adjust the quantity in your cart to only the amount we have available.
When you place a large value backorder, of over $200 for one item, it can not be returned. Why? This volume was ordered on your behalf. We did not intend to add this quantity to our inventory"
For products that are sold out and/or not available to purchase as backorders, you can either request a product restocking notification email, or inquire about pre-ordering a specific quantity outside of the website via our Special Orders.
Free standard shipping on domestic orders $45+. No coupon code needed. After your cart total is $45 or higher (not including tax or shipping) free standard shipping will show up in your shipping options. If you need your order faster than standard shipping (3-10 days) then you will need to choose and pay for another option. The tumbler, tumbler kit and the JAX products are restricted from free shipping. If these items are in your cart, free shipping will not be an option. International customers, we don't want to leave you out, so if you leave a note in the comments section of your $45+ order, we will refund you $4.
Beaducation shipping options include a variety United States Postal Services and also UPS Ground. All orders include tracking and a delivery confirmation. Approximate transit times do not include 1-5 day* processing time in our warehouse. Add the processing time and shipping time to estimate the approximate arrival date.
* Express Mail orders placed before 11AM Pacific Time are mailed out that same business day. Express orders placed after 11AM will ship the next business day.
General guidelines to remember when choosing a shipping method:
- All products are shipped from our warehouse in Redwood City, CA. Shipping costs and transit times increase as orders head away from the west coast.
- All transit times quoted are approximate. For exact tracking of your order, go to USPS.com or UPS.com and enter your tracking number.

250 points = $5 gift certificate automatically put in your account
Shop and Earn! For every $1 you spend on product, you earn 1 reward point (*tax and shipping not included.) Every time your reward point balance reaches 250 points, a $5 gift certificate will automatically be deposited in your Beaducation account and will be available toward your next purchase.
Share and Earn! You can also earn points for product reviews. For every approved review you submit, you will earn 5 points. Reviews must be for products purchased through your Beaducation account. Please allow 3-4 days for your review to be approved (yes we approve negative reviews, we just weed out the ones that have nothing to do with the product).
- Do I need to sign up for your rewards program? - Nope, all customers automatically earn points on any orders placed after 2/21/17.
- How can I check my points balance? - Log in, click “My Account”, then click “Rewards.”
- Do points roll over? - Yes, after we convert 250 points into your $5 gift certificate, any point balance will remain in your account and start you towards your next reward.
- Do points expire? - Nope!
- How do I apply my gift certificate? - Your available gift certificate and store credit balance is shown in the payment section of the check out page, ready for you to APPLY to your order... or you can keep earning and saving.
- What about returns? - If your purchase earned points and you return it, those points will be deducted from your point balance. Please be aware that this could create a negative balance.
- What’s the fine print? - Beaducation reserves the right to end this program at anytime without notice. Points hold no cash value. This program starts February 21, 2017 and does not apply to orders or reviews before this date.
We DO ship Internationally via USPS. Your postal delivery service will handle the parcel in-country. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and distance. A shipping cost will be calculated for you during checkout.
A copy of your order receipt will be included on the outside of your package for access by Customs officials. It is on the front side, protected by a plastic pouch and the mailing label. We do not undervalue shipments on Customs forms. The customer is solely responsible for any additional tax/duty. Shipping costs do not include these fees. Beaducation is not able to supply Customs-related information. Please research the rules that affect your shipment.
Please note the processing and transit times quoted in your checkout process DO NOT include any extra time created by any customs inspection that may occur. This delay may be applied randomly and is beyond our control.
When shipping internationally, if the billing address is a domestic address and the shipping address is an international address, packages may be delayed pending credit card verification for your protection.
If Express shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified by email with the option to ship Priority.
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, which means the window to cancel your orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us shipping your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. When you receive the shipment, it will contain specific instructions on how to return it for a refund (minus the shipping charges).
If you are not satisfied with your order or if any items are found to be damaged, you may make a return within 30 days of purchase. Please click here to download the Product Return Form (PDF). Once a returned order is received at Beaducation, it is processed within 5 business days, at which time you will receive an email confirmation. Returns received without a completed return form take longer to process and refund.
- Items must be returned in original, re-sellable condition with original packaging. Failure to comply may affect your final refund.
- CLOSEOUT ITEMS, CHAIN by the INCH, and BACKORDERS of $200 per model number are FINAL SALE
- We do not refund shipping costs.
Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Beaducation is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.
