Domestic Shipping

Beaducation shipping options include United States Postal Services and UPS. All orders include tracking and a delivery confirmation. Approximate transit times do not include 1-5 business day* (Mon-Fri) processing time in our warehouse. Add the processing time and shipping time to estimate the approximate arrival date.

All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. Requests to remove the signature requirement may be added as an order note at check out. If signature is waived, the order will be considered securely received with the delivery tracking scan.

USPS  Priority Express Mail 1 or 2 business days The fastest delivery option available. This is not guaranteed overnight delivery. We do not ship Express on Fridays.

UPS - *will not deliver to a PO Box.

Charges are calculated by weight, size and distance of shipment.

Ground is only available within the contiguous US. Ground shipping will take longer because it will be shipped via truck.

 

General guidelines to remember when choosing a shipping method:

  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in California. Shipping costs and transit times increase as orders head away from the west coast.
  • All transit times quoted are approximate. For exact tracking of your order, go to USPS.com or UPS.com and enter your tracking number.

International Shipping

We DO ship Internationally via USPS, UPS (we no longer shop DHL), however many countries are restricted to just UPS. If shipping USPS Mail service, your postal delivery service will handle the parcel in-country. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and distance. A shipping cost will be calculated for you during checkout.  

Customs: A copy of your order receipt will be included inside your package and the custom forms will be on the outside of your package for access by Customs officials. It is on the front side, protected by a plastic pouch and the mailing label. We do not undervalue shipments on Customs forms. The customer is solely responsible for any additional tax/duty. Shipping costs do not include these fees. Beaducation is not able to supply Customs-related information. Please research the rules that affect your shipment.

UPS International option is generally very efficient and fast. UPS is a private courier companies. They manage the package through customs processing and additional handling fees are added to tax/duty expenses for delivery. This may include a Disbursement Fee for the courier advancing the customs fees on the customer's behalf to expedite the shipment. Disbursements (fee of % of the advanced amount/minimum, whichever is greater).

Usually the fastest option. Includes additional service cost at delivery.
USPS Priority Mail International 7-11 business days Charges are calculated by weight and distance of shipment.
USPS First Class Mail International Minimum of 20 business days Orders that weigh 4 lbs. or under. Use this option for shipments that are not time sensitive.

 

Processing Time before Shipping:  International orders will be processed within the standard 1 - 5 business days.

Please note the processing and transit times quoted in your checkout process DO NOT include extra time created by any customs inspection that may occur. This delay may be applied randomly and is beyond our control.

When shipping internationally, if the billing address is a domestic address and the shipping address is an international address, packages may be delayed pending credit card verification for your protection.

If Express shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified by email with the option to ship Priority.
